We only charge your credit card at the time your order ships. Your the total amount will include shipping charges if applicable. If you have purchased items that are on back-order, the order will not be charged until all inventory is available and ready to be shipped.
We do not take order returns without prior expressed written notice and approval. You as the customer must contact your sales representative and make an arrangement or call the office to get RA number.
All monthly membership subscription plans are prepaid and charged at the time of signing up. It is a prepaid plan. If you have signed up through your sales representative, the plan starts at the time they activate your account.
Membership fees are billed on the day of sign-up. Each monthly invoice will be billed on the same day each month. For example, if you are subscribed to a monthly plan on the 2nd of the month, it will always be billed on the 2nd. If the day of the month does not exist in the following month, the subscription will be billed on the last day of the month. For example, if the subscription starts on January 31, then billing will be set for February 28 (or February 29 in a leap year), then March 31, April 30, and so on.
Upon cancellation of any membership plans, your plan will be disabled immediately. There is no prorated amount that will be refunded.
